This short, 40-minute class will give your whole body a workout.

  • Using six dynamic movements - you are able to build both cardiovascular and muscular strength.

  • Short work periods (30 sec) followed by small rests (15 sec).

  • Three rounds of all six moves - 60/90 seconds rest - Three rounds of all six moves

  • No equipment needed!
